The pod's job is to turn high-value ideas into production-ready capabilities quickly, then hand them to the teams who run them.\nThat only works if the path to production is solid. This role owns it: the pipelines, the environments, the deployment safety, and the observability to know something is wrong before the business does.\nYou will have senior platform and data engineering support around you, a pod lead, a senior colleague covering the platform and data seat, and a dedicated Data Engineering function to work with directly.\nThis is an early position with real influence over how the pod's operational foundations are built.
