You will take over the accounts from our current agency, rebuild them around quality rather than volume, and optimise them for approved and funded customers, not just clicks and applications.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nTake over and own the accounts:\nWork alongside our agency during a 3-6 month handover, then take full ownership of the accounts.\nAudit account structure, tracking, keywords, audiences and spend, and recommend what to keep, fix or stop.\nMake sure tracking, conversion actions and access are clean and owned by Lula.\nOptimise for quality, not volume:\nManage brand, non-brand and Performance Max campaigns against an agreed cost per funded customer.\nWork with Analytics and the HubSpot team to feed approved and funded outcomes back into the ad platforms (offline conversion imports), and use them in bidding.\nProtect Lula's brand terms and monitor competitor activity on them.\nManage keywords, negatives, audiences, ad copy and extensions to improve lead quality.\nPause or cut campaigns that cannot reach target economics, and explain why.\nTest and learn:\nRun structured tests on ads, bidding strategies and landing pages, with the CRO and Product teams.\nWork with the Creative Studio on ad copy and assets.\nShare what you learn, including what didn't work.\nManage daily and monthly budget pacing.\nReport and manage budgets:\nManage daily and monthly budget pacing.\nBuild and maintain clear reporting from spend through to funded customers.\nPresent paid search performance in the weekly growth meeting.\nSUCCESS MEASURES\nFunded customers and disbursement value from paid search\nCost per funded customer against target\nApproval rate of paid search applications\nBrand search impression share\nBudget pacing accuracy\nOUR TECH STACK\nSegment, Snowflake, Mix Panel, GA4, Iterable\nTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, with meaningful monthly budgets;
