In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of co-branded and embedded funding journeys, taking direct ownership of how our digital products drive value for commercial partner portfolios.\nYou will work side-by-side with our Business Development and External Commercial Partnership teams to translate partner requirements into high-impact product roadmaps, ensuring our platform serves as a powerful revenue enabler for both our partners and SME clients.\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE\nDefining product roadmaps, aligning strategy to deliverables, and driving delivery.Define and manage Lula’s partner product roadmap, ensuring highly prioritised features are delivered on schedule and aligned with the company's strategic vision.\nTranslate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables by creating clear product goals and feature specifications that meet Lula’s product requirements standards.\nTrack and measure project success and ROI.\nEnsuring the reliability and quality of product releases meet our standards and our customer expectations.\n\nCollaborating and building excellent relationshipsProactively working with stakeholders to factor their requirements into product decisions\nInfluencing peers and direct reports with the goal of enabling them to successfully deliver on their product areas, to continuously grow their product craft and deliver meaningful business outcomes\nInfluencing and persuading Lula’s senior managers and executives to help achieve goals, remove blockers and deliver meaningful business outcomes \n\nUnderstanding customer’s needs Analysing data to generate actionable insights and turn these into measurable and impactful business outcomes\nUsing customer feedback to understand how users engage with our products to drive meaningful outcomes for the business\nDefining a vision for UX and UI designers to build journeys that ensure we’re generating value for our customers \n\nCommercial Partner ManagementWork closely with our Business Development team to grow our partnerships and affiliates, including onboarding new partners/affiliates and growing our existing partners/affiliates\nManage relationships with commercial partners alongside our BD team\nWork with commercial partners to scope and prioritise technical solutions\n\nTHE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor degree in a relevant field\n8+ years of relevant working experience in Product \nExperience managing relationships with external commercial partners\nProduct owner certification an added bonus\nExperience with prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses\nExperience defining, prioritising and communicating product roadmaps\nHands-on experience working with Engineering teams\nExperience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro is a
