Engineer II, you will help operate and support lululemon's growing AI and agentic automation ecosystem while developing your engineering skills alongside experienced engineers and technology partners.\nExperiment with new AI, LLM and agentic capabilities and share learnings with the team.\nBuild small automations, agents and tools that improve team or personal productivity.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, engineering communities and team knowledge sharing.\nProvide production support for agentic AI and automation solutions across platforms such as AWS bedrock or Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\nQualifications:\n1–3 years of professional experience in engineering, automation, cloud technology, technical support, DevOps or a related technology role.\nDegree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong interest in AI, generative AI and agentic technologies, with demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn.\nHands-on experience experimenting with AI or agentic tools.\nExperience using AI or automation to solve business problems.\nFamiliarity with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, AWS (Bedrock) or Azure (Good to have).\nFoundational scripting or programming experience with Python, PowerShell or similar is an asset.\nBasic understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, monitoring, logging and production support concepts.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nClear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\n\nWhat will really stand out / good to have:\nBuilding an AI agent to solve business problems.\nAI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot.\nYou actively experiment with new AI tools, AI Gardrails, deploying an agent in production.\nYou have connected LLMs with APIs, data or automation workflows, hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, LAMBDA functions and STEP functions.\n\nMust
