In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.\nabout this team\nReporting to the Buying Manager, Regional Buying, the Buying Coordinator will be accountable for supporting the team to maintain accurate data inputs, report preparation, samples and GTM logistics. This role offers a great opportunity for the candidate to enter, and grow, within the function.\ncore responsibilities\nAssist the regional buying team in managing the regional line plan; including upkeep of flow, weekly stories, cancellations and other shifts in the business\nSupport role to the buying team in preparation of weekly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting preparation\nSupport role to the buying team in preparation for key GTM meetings: Seasonal MBR, BSO, Seasonal Readiness, Compass Call etc\nSample coordination (approx. 80hrs per season) \nq ualifications\nBachelor’s degree (Business, commerce or fashion merchandising preferred) \nStrong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret multiple data points across numerous channels and market segments\nExcellent sense of style and color trends; athletically mindedexcellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal \nEntrepreneurship - a willingness to learn and make decisions and take calculated risks\nFocus on creating an extraordinary guest experience, organizational and time management skills\nStrong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)\nSelf-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement (goal -oriented)\nmust haves\nAcknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.\nPossesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. \nCommunicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same. \nLeads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. \nFosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. \nIntegrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously. \nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in Hong Kong SAR is required for this role.\n\nbeyond the paycheck (benefits & perks)\nAt lululemon, we care for and invest in the whole person - body, mind, spirit.
