We align priorities, investments, and resources to ensure the right initiatives are delivered at the right time, creating sustainable value for our business, distribution network, stores, and guests in North America, EMEA, APAC and China\ncore responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects; develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure alignment with regional and global logistics objectives.\nManage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and stakeholder requirements.\nManaging fulfilment programs and projects from planning to operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure successful project delivery\nEngage with 3rd Party Logistics providers for distribution and transportation services to ensure seamless project integration and implementation.\nAct as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and carriers, providing regular updates on project status and resolving issues as they arise.\nOversee the implementation of new fulfilment capabilities in our supply chain network, ensuring integration with existing systems (such as WMS, RMS).\nWork closely with carriers to align on service expectations, optimize routes, and improve delivery performance.\nSupport performance post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with multi-carrier logistics operations, including delays, capacity issues, and regulatory compliance challenges.\nProvide operational governance, managing regular project updates to leadership, highlighting key metrics and any potential risks or deviations from plan.\nValue add:\nWork with global and regional teams to ensure consistency in the multi-carrier programs in North America, EMEA, APAC and China; sharing best practices and lessons learned.\nExperience with 3rd party logistics organizations and project management\nqualifications\n7-10 years of Project or Program management experience.\nExperience with WMS (Manhattan), Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology solutions (like Nshift, Centiro) and their delivery and operational support are value add\nStrong understanding of the EMEA supply chain landscape, including regulatory requirements and carrier networks.\nProven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional\nlanguages of value)\nProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.\nPreferred familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.\nPreferred experience with distribution and logistics program strategy (including NorthAmerica, APAC including China)\nmust haves\nAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.\nPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. \nCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. \nLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. \nFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. \nIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously. \nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in UK is required for this role.\ncompensation and benefits package\nlululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
