We identify key business requirements that support our global MP&A processes ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies. We provide the business process context necessary to guide technical decision making, while leveraging our connection with the business to enroll stakeholders on key process changes and impacts.\ncore responsibilities\nThe Manager, Product Management will be responsible for discovering, defining, & delivering, products that support the MP&A business teams. They will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders from the business and their IT partners to strategize and execute against the strategic goals for lululemon. This means they lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its launch and improvement.\nCore Accountabilities:\nStrategy\nResponsible for the creation of the 6 month - 1 year product strategy including developing tactical & strategic roadmaps \nPrioritizes the roadmap against business objectives and OKRs\nInternally recognized as a go-to-person for complex technical and business matters.\nComplexity & Delivery\nLeads the strategic direction for PI planning\nResponsible for the overall execution of the Delivery Plan\nAnticipates implementation challenges and develops mitigation strategies to minimize risk\nWorks on large, complex activities that cross domains/functional groups\nCollaboration & Communication\nAbility to communicate roadmaps and progress against the roadmap to key stakeholders & IT partners\nLead & develop team members to effectively gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet the business needs\nManage 3rd party relationships / vendors\nProactively solves potential problems with other functions to avoid unnecessary conflict\nContributes actively to build common ground for cooperation\nqualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field\n5+ years work experience in retail or supply chain functions\n5+ years work experience in product management\nExcellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)\nAbility to lead and influence teams\nProficient with Microsoft Office and system mapping tools like Visio\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nAbility to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nmust haves\nAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.\nPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. \nCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. \nLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. \nFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. \nIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously. \nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.\ncompensation and benefits package\nlululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $141,800 - $186,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
