This team consistently delivers significant value to internal stakeholders, customers, and shareholders by prioritizing exceptional performance and ongoing improvement. The Process Engineer II plays a key role in supporting the Manager of Engineering and the Distribution Center Operations teams, leading continuous improvement projects, developing and documenting processes, and enhancing overall distribution center efficiency. This position requires expertise in process design, data analytics, and standardization, combined with a strategic and collaborative approach.\ncore responsibilities\nThe Process Engineer II partners closely with distribution leadership and cross functional teams to design, implement, control, and optimize distribution center processes. Key responsibilities include:\nAnalyze, evaluate, test, and oversee the implementation of new and existing processes and procedures\nCollect and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities, inefficiencies, and innovation potential\nLead and facilitate Continuous Improvement and Lean events across distribution centers\nDrive and maintain process standardization across the distribution center campus, aligned with global distribution network standards\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve process, procedural, and operational issues\nReview business KPIs regularly and recommend improvements to measure accuracy, effectiveness, and performance outcomes\nCollaborate cross functionally to reduce costs, improve quality, and manage operational change\nSupport and/or facilitate new process training and change management efforts\nCreate, update, and maintain process documentation for all process changes\nManage the documentation lifecycle through controlled systems for SOPs, Job Aids, and Standard Work\nPartner with IT, WMS, and automation teams to define, document, and align on process requirements\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of health and safety standards within distribution operations\nqualifications\nExperience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization\nDemonstrated critical and logical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate problems from multiple perspectives\nStrong analytical capabilities, including translating data into charts, diagrams, and actionable insights\nCreative problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset\nExcellent attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nHighly organized, structured, and disciplined in meeting commitments and timelines\nAbility to perform effectively in dynamic, changing environments with limited guidance\nComfort working in a lean, matrixed, and highly collaborative team environment\nStrong personal and professional integrity with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint\nExperience with SQL and database reporting preferred\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical field preferred\n3-5 years of relevant business or technical experience\nWorking knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, Lean, and Six Sigma principles\nmust haves\nAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.\nPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. \nCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. \nLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. \nFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. \nIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously. \nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in the USA is required for this role.\nPlease note: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visa at this time for this role.\ncompensation and benefits package\nlululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $87,700 - $115,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
