You will be able to add value immediately, see the big picture, and develop a business and finance skill set that you can leverage in your future roles within the organization.\ncore responsibilities\nReporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for executing financial planning and analysis activities for the EMEA Retail channel and cross-channel business partners.\nThis is a contract role. Contract dates: Contract: Dec 2026 - March 2028 (16 months)\nIn this role, you will:\nYou manage the ongoing revenue forecasting processes for all associated revenue for 50+ locations within our retail channel, partnering with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate forecasting and identifying areas of opportunity and risk.\nSupport on the preparation of business cases affecting the retail channels, including new location proformas, works closely with the Store Development team to obtain senior leadership approval and make recommendations.\nYou manage our occupancy, capex, and repairs and maintenance store costs, including closely partnering with the store real estate team. You will identify opportunities for cost optimisation and how to drive efficiency in our processes.\nYou are a trusted business partners to our Store Development Teams assisting in queries and analysis when required. \nYou will support with monthly and quarterly reporting, analytics and commentary on regional performance.\nRepresent FP&A in cross-departmental initiatives that impact on our retail channels.\nConduct ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic decision making as directed by the Senior Manager of FP&A.\nPartner with cross-functional SSC teams, supporting them through the annual budget, and monthly re-forecasts. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements. \nqualifications\n5+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience in fast-paced business environments. \nACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA qualified. \nExpert knowledge of Excel is required. \nRetail industry experience is an asset. \nOracle, Hyperion and Power BI knowledge are a plus. \nStrong financial background, with analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills. \nExtremely organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality. \nProven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner. \nExcellent team player with the ability to work independently. \nEffective communication skills (written and verbal). \nmust haves\nAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.\nPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. \nCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. \nLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. \nFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. \nIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously. \nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in UK is required for this role.\ncompensation and benefits package\nlululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
