In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.\nabout this team\nSupply Chain Programs is responsible for driving and overseeing projects in the Global Supply Chain program portfolio, including work within complex cross-functional transformations, standing up new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts within specific geographies and locations. The Program Analyst enables predictable project delivery by providing data-driven insights, rigorous execution support, and disciplined governance across planning, tracking, and reporting. This role turns project activity into clear decisions and actions-surfacing risks early, improving forecast accuracy, documenting processes at different levels and strengthening stakeholder alignment.\ncore responsibilities\nDocument and maintain current and future state process maps with industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, or equivalent). \nSupport process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities. \nSupport process re-engineering initiatives aligned with broader transformation goals.\nAssist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements with key stakeholders. \nMaintain and continuously improve core project artifacts: integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Decisions), change log. \nSupport project ceremonies and governance (weekly status, SteerCo/OpCo materials, decision logs).\nBuild and maintain dashboards (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Jira/ADO) to track delivery performance and trends. \nAssist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements with key stakeholders. \nProactively identify risks/issues through data review and stakeholder engagement. \nDrive mitigation planning, assign owners, track to closure, and escalate when SLAs are at risk.\nTranslate complex project information into clear executive narratives (what changed, why it matters, what we need). \nCreate high-quality materials: pre-reads, decision memos, release readiness updates, launch communications.\nIdentify recurring delivery pain points and implement improvements (process simplification, automation, standard templates). \nSupport retrospectives / lessons learned; convert insights into adopted changes\nqualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \n3-6 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, or business analysis roles (internships included). \nStrong documentation skills and proficiency with process mapping tools. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across multiple functions. \nDemonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities\nExperience with planning systems or enterprise platforms is a plus. \nLean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus. \nmust haves\nAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.\nPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. \nCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. \nLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. \nFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. \nIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously. \nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.\ncompensation and benefits package\nlululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $71,400-93,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
