As the Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for developing localized Visual Merchandising playbooks to ensure the local guest is taken into consideration in our Visual Merchandising Strategy for North America. You will report into the Manager, Visual Merchandising.\ncore responsibilities\nProvide Visual Merchandising based input and feedback in key North American Product strategy meetings\nCreate and execute seasonal VM sets to showcase design intent and localized VM strategies, leveraging product education and merchants, achieving SLT approval.\nDevelop regionally localized VM playbooks, based on global concepts and activations.\nProvide Regional styling and outfitting direction, rooted in Global and Ecommerce styling direction\nCreate VM resources and tools addressing regionally specific nuances ie. store tiers, grades and clusters\nCreate and deliver regionally localized VM training content, partnering with the training team\nSupport criteria for store distribution lists for product capsules, new categories, test and learns, and category expansion based on global recommendation ie. footwear\nExecute and develop ongoing support of regional Visual Merchandising in a range of stores identified as the ‘center of excellence’\nSpend time within a range of stores and key markets to observe strategy and business needs\nqualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications\n5- 8 years’ experience in visual merchandising or merchandising role\nExperience working in retail, apparel experience preferred\nmust haves\nAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.\nPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.\nCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.\nLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.\nFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.\nIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.\nadditional notes\nAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.\ncompensation and benefits package\nlululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
