This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.\nA DAY IN THE LIFE\nWill be assigned to a home department, however, may be asked to support in other departments of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate\nPicks, packs, processes, and ships orders in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by leadership\nPerform loading, unloading, order picking, sorting, and stocking tasks\nSafely and efficiently maneuver carts, boxes, and equipment throughout the distribution center to support inventory movement, order fulfillment, and operational flow\nOperate and maintain various warehouse tools and equipment, including handheld scanners, devices, and inventory management systems, and other automated machinery\nMeets or exceeds productivity targets e.g. units picked per hour/orders per hour and takes personal responsibility around daily metrics and performance\nUnderstands safety guidelines for the distribution center and maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and continuous improvement mentality. Actively identifies, reports, and helps resolve hazards to maintain a safe workplace\nReport malfunctions and issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner\nAdheres to all company policies, including but not limited to Attendance, DC Guidelines and Standards of Conduct\nMay be required to support or train peers as needed to ensure team success and knowledge sharing\nActively participates in training, team-building activities, meetings, and personal development initiatives to support continuous growth and collaboration\nMay be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs and operational efficiency\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAbility to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. independently and occasionally more with assistance\nAbility to stand/walk for entirety of scheduled hours in a shift\nRoutine activities may include standing, walking, pushing and pulling for extended periods, lifting, twisting, using stairs, crouching, bending, reaching and stooping\nMay be required to work at heights and within confined or tight spaces, following all safety protocols and procedures\nComfortable working in an environment where multiple temperature zones are maintained\nAbility to tolerate variable noise levels\nAbility to learn and use in-house software applications and third-party technologies\nDemonstrate understanding of Microsoft Applications to support basic data entry tasks and communication\nDemonstrate flexibility to occasionally support operational requirements outside standard working hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime, as needed\nRequired to meet the physical demands outlined for the assigned role.
