recommends corrective actions and continuous improvements.\nIntegrates workforce transition, knowledge transfer, capability development, change-management, operational-readiness, and compliance activities into program plans as appropriate.\nPrepares and communicates executive-level updates, recommendations, and decision materials that clearly articulate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and required actions.\nLeads, models and ensures consistent application of policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards across program activities to support ethical operations and mitigate compliance risks.\nLeads and validates the planning and execution of restoration and emergency preparedness activities, as applicable, to strengthen operational resilience and response capacity.\nAssumes and oversees expanded duties aligned with organizational priorities and professional scope to drive departmental effectiveness and strategic alignment.\nSupervisory responsibilities: No direct reports; may lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources.\nAdditional Job Description:\nEducation & Experience\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.\n7 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, project management, workforce operations, business operations, transformation, or a related functional area, preferably within a corporate or cross-functional environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex programs or a portfolio of related projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, resources, and deadlines.\nExperience developing project and program plans, timelines, deliverables, and experience developing program plans, governance structures, performance measures, dashboards, budgets, and leadership reporting.\nExperience identifying and managing cross-project risks and dependencies and driving issue resolution and corrective actions.\nExperience leading cross-functional work and influencing outcomes without direct authority.\nExperience with stakeholder engagement, change management, and coordination of internal and external partners.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMBA, Master of Project Management (MPM), or related advanced degree.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nAdditional education may substitute for the required experience when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:\nMaster’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing related functions and at least 3 years of experience working as Project Manager.\nBachelor's degree accompanied by a Professional Certification PMP, CAMP may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing related functions and at least 3 years of experience working as Project Manager.\nCompetencies (Skills)\nProgram Management & Governance: Oversees related projects and establishes governance, decision rights, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms to achieve program objectives\nStrategic Alignment & Business Value: Aligns program priorities, resources, and outcomes with organizational strategy and evaluates progress against defined measures of success.\nRisk, Dependency & Change Management: Manages cross-project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes;
