Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Quality teams to resolve planning gaps and maintain alignment between planned and executed work.\n\nTracks work progress against approved plans, identify variances, and drive corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost discipline.\n\nProvides ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management, including mid-year and annual performance reviews and development planning.\n\nPrepares and delivers performance updates to leadership highlighting workload status, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.\n\nMonitors and guides team compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements to minimize risk and ensure operational integrity.\n\nParticipates in and ensures team participation in critical restoration tasks and drills following storms and/or emergencies to maintain service continuity and operational safety.\n\nExecutes and delegates additional responsibilities based on team and business needs to ensure continuity and responsiveness in operational responsiveness.\n\nAdditional Job Description:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.\n\nExperience\n4 years of experience in utility operations, construction planning, or project/work management, with at least 2 years in a lead role, overseeing employees directly or indirectly.\n\nExperience supporting distribution construction programs is preferred.\n\nAdditional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:\n\nAssociate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience performing related functions and at least 3 years of experience in team leadership.\n\nHigh School degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing related functions and at least 5 years of experience in team leadership.\n\nCompetencies (Skills)\nStrong understanding of work management, scheduling, and documentation processes.\n\nKnowledge of cost tracking, equalized pricing, and basic earned value concepts.\n\nDemonstrated capability to lead, guide, and develop others.\n\nStrong organizational and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate effectively across multiple functional teams.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and work management or project control systems.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, preferably in Spanish and English.\n\nAbility to effectively prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities.\n\nAbility to handle conflicts, resolve issues promptly, and make sound decisions in a
