As a Global Supply Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing custom and off-the-shelf mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies, building and managing relationships with vendors, and working with suppliers on part quality, forecasting, and price reduction.\nIf you are interested in joining a well-funded growth stage company and having a significant impact on innovative hardware products, this is the perfect opportunity for you to become a part of the Lumafield team!\nWhat you'll do:\nCollaborate with the engineering team to determine current and future sourcing needs and procure components as needed to keep production on schedule\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors\nIdentify risks in the supply chain and define and execute mitigation strategies\nIdentify and execute cost reduction opportunities based on a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers\nManage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team\nAbout you:\nHave hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) of electromechanical products\nHave a solid understanding of what it takes to build a responsible and sustainable supply chain\nAre an excellent written and verbal communicator and are able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner\nAre not afraid of deadlines, complexity, or competing priorities;
