We do this through strategic and complimentary areas of focus: Asset Optimization and Commercialization, Value, Access, and Outcomes, Medical Strategy and Communications, and Real-World Evidence.\nResponsibilities / Position overview\nWe are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team within our Market Access division, which helps pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies gain market access for their brands and thrive in the changing healthcare landscape. Our Market Access business operates at the intesection of traditional market research, strategy consulting, and advertising agency services. This innovative model allows us to help clients deeply understand their customer targets and engage with precision and purporse to drive results.\nThe Project Manager will work closely with account, delivery, and support teams to oversee and drive the project lifecycle from implementation to completion. The Project Manager will manage and monitor project activity and maintain the status of ongoing projects and ensure project status reports are communicated and distributed regularly. This includes maintaining including internal and external deadlines,and provide daily updates within the project management system to ensure deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will prepare, submit, and monitor medical legal regulatory submissions, ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of deliverables. This role will work with the account and support services teams to establish and modify project timelines, and will identify timeline issues and collaborate with team members to resolve issues, and execute solutions. The Project Manager will manage project files and assist in the management of external partners.\nTypical duties include:\nMaintain the status of all ongoing projects including internal and external deadlines\nProvide daily communication within our project management system with all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle\nPrepares, submits and monitors all medical legal regulatory submissions to ensure accuracy and the timely processing of deliverables\nTraffic all projects between account, medical, editorial and support services\nManage project files and network folder maintenance\nAssist with the management of external partners including production, graphic design and writers\nSchedule and manage internal status meetings\nDistribute weekly project status reports to internal and client teams\nEstablish and modify timelines for each project with the account team and support services\nProactively identifies project timeline issues/problems, assists in timeline issue/problem resolution, provides accurate project updates and collaborates effectively with team members to initiate and execute solutions\nSupport the initiation of job opening and closing meetings, by coordinating the administrative requirements of the account team (as appropriate)\nComply with established standards, policies and procedures\nContributes to internal process improvement initiatives, especially those involving project management\nParticipates regularly in financial meetings to gain an understanding of the financial process\nEditorial assistance on small projects when required\nClient facing responsibilities from a project management perspective may be required\nProject management for new business pitches as needed\nMaintain timely submission of timesheets\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field\n3-5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced agency environment\nDemonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams\nHigh motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nAttention to detail\nFluency in Microsoft Office applications\nBenefits\nWe offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that focuses on what matters to you - health and well-being, personal finances, professional development, and a healthy work/life balance:\nCompetitive salary plus bonus scheme\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance options\n401(k) plan with employer match\nGenerous amount of paid time off annually + 10 paid holidays\nFlexible spending accounts for health and dependent care\nHealth Savings Account option with employer contribution\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid short-term and long-term disability coverage\nCompany-paid life insurance at 1.5x annual salary and much more\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $75,000-$110,000.
