This opportunity is specially designed for women professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to re-enter the workforce.\nThis is a fully remote role offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge analytics and business intelligence products.\nKey Responsibilities\nUnderstand product requirements and prepare comprehensive automation test plans and test cases\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and system testing using automation frameworks\nIdentify, document, track, and validate defects\nDevelop and maintain automation test frameworks and reusable automation components\nCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members\nParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions\nAnalyze automation test results and troubleshoot test failures\nEnsure product quality, usability, and performance standards are met\nContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nEngineering degree (BE/BTech or equivalent)\nPrior experience in Automation Testing\nGood understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC\nExperience with test case creation, bug tracking, and QA methodologies\nHands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies\nGood understanding of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and collaboration abilities\nAbility to work independently in a remote work environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong proficiency in advanced Excel is highly desirable\nExperience in data validation and analytics testing is a plus\nExposure to Agile methodologies will be beneficial\nExposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git will be an added advantage\nWho Should Apply\nThis
