If you’re ready to take ownership, deliver meaningful impact, and help shape the future of AI-ready connectivity, join us today.\nThe Role\nAs a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across India and APAC markets, with a strong focus on Technical and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.\nIn addition to proactive sourcing, you will drive talent intelligence, market mapping, competitive research, and talent analytics. You will partner closely with Talent Advisors, hiring managers, and business leaders to provide data-driven talent insights, build strategic talent pipelines, and support workforce planning decisions.\nThis role combines strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, stakeholder partnership, and market research to help Lumen attract and hire exceptional talent across the region.\nThe Main Responsibilities\nPartner with Talent Advisors and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, critical skills, talent availability, and business priorities. \nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple countries and business functions.\nIdentify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, networking channels, and direct outreach. \nConduct initial candidate screening to assess relevant skills, experience, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability. \nCreate high-quality candidate longlists and shortlists aligned with hiring requirements. \nDevelop and maintain market maps for critical and niche technical and GTM functions, identifying key talent across target organizations and adjacent industries. \nUse Draup, Naukri Talent Pulse, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and similar tools to generate market insights and sourcing recommendations. \nProduce talent intelligence reports covering talent availability, competitor hiring trends, talent movement, skill adjacencies, diversity representation, location strategy, and compensation insights. \nTranslate market data and talent insights into actionable sourcing strategies and hiring recommendations for Talent Advisors and business leaders. \nConduct organizational mapping, competitor research, talent benchmarking, and external pipeline analysis to support strategic hiring and workforce planning. \nTrack sourcing metrics, pipeline health, candidate response and conversion rates, and the impact of market intelligence activities. \nMaintain accurate candidate, sourcing, and market intelligence data within the Applicant Tracking System and relevant talent platforms. \nSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across APAC markets. \nUse AI-enabled sourcing and talent intelligence tools to improve candidate identification, research quality, and productivity. \nEnsure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process. \nChampion the use of AI and automation tools to optimize recruiting processes, improve productivity, and enhance hiring outcomes across the talent acquisition lifecycle\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\nBachelor's degree with minimum 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, talent intelligence, executive search, or talent acquisition.\nProven experience sourcing talent across India and APAC markets; technical and GTM hiring.\nStrong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, Boolean search, research, and candidate engagement.\nExperience conducting talent mapping, competitive intelligence, labor market research, organizational mapping, and talent pool analysis.\nHands-on experience with platforms such as Draup, Naukri Talent Pulse, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar talent intelligence solutions.\nExperience using talent intelligence tools for competitor analysis, talent availability studies, skills benchmarking, location analysis, and workforce planning support.\nAbility to interpret market data and translate talent insights into clear, actionable hiring recommendations.\nExperience preparing executive-ready talent intelligence reports and market research presentations for recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nExperience working in a multinational or global organization is preferred.\nExperience using AI-powered sourcing, recruiting, and talent intelligence tools is highly desirable. \nRequisition #: 344250\nEqual Employment Opportunities\nWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, ancestry, citizenship, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, genetic characteristic or information, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, family status, pregnancy, or other legally protected status (collectively, “protected statuses”).
