This includes supporting external and internal reporting, margin accounting, opex/capex accounting, and our newly acquired entity of Alkira. You will operate in a high-accountability environment where expectations are clear, decisions matter, and trust is built through rigor, consistency, and results.\nIf you thrive in complex environments, value ownership over process for process’ sake, and are motivated by building systems that enable the business to move faster and smarter, this is a role where your impact is visible and meaningful.\nThe Main Responsibilities\nContribute to the monthly close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, variance analysis, and reporting for margin accounting, opex/capex accounting, and our newly acquired entity of Alkira.\nDeep expertise in USGAAP Technical accounting memo, ASC 842 and preparation of SEC schedules.\nPrepare and review reconciliations of General Ledger accounts.\nAssist with the end-to-end intercompany accounting processes, including settlements, interest, eliminations, and affiliate roll-forwards.\nAssist with the monthly cost allocation process, including governance of methodologies, drivers, and statistical key figures.\nOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual legal entity consolidations, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.\nReview and approve consolidation entries, eliminations, and top-side adjustments.\nProvide ownership of finance master data (GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, hierarchies, and attributes).\nSafeguard the integrity of the general ledger, including account structure, posting logic, and reconciliation standards.\nAssist with tasks related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures as applicable.\nPartner with FP&A to help drive business decisions.\nSupport financial statement audits. \nMaintain internal control integrity and related SOX documentation and compliance.\nUse critical thinking and attention to detail to help ensure financial statements are free from misstatement.\nWork on complex issues which require input from multiple sources and innovative problem solving.\nWork on ERP - S4 Hanna initiatives as requested\nCreate and/or maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks performed and review SOPs to identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.\nAssist with Ad hoc analysis and research as needed.\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.\n10-15 years of accounting experience, including leadership roles in complex, multi-entity environments.\nStrong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.\nDemonstrated ability to operate in a high-accountability environment, take ownership of outcomes, and lead through complexity and change.\nProven experience partnering cross-functionally with Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Systems teams.\nPreferred Skills:\nCPA/ Chartered Accountant\nExperience working within large-scale, publicly traded organizations undergoing transformation or operating across global entities.\nHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern consolidation platforms.\nTrack record of driving process simplification and automation while maintaining strong internal controls.\nExperience supporting or leading teams through modernization, system implementations, or operating model changes.\nRequisition #: 344039\nEqual Employment Opportunities\nWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, ancestry, citizenship, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, genetic characteristic or information, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, family status, pregnancy, or other legally protected status (collectively, “protected statuses”).
