This individual will lead the advancement of modern software delivery practices, designing and implementing digital pipelines that accelerate the path from development to deployment while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and operational performance. In this role, the Senior Lead DevOps Engineer will help shape and leverage emerging technologies to automate software deployment, optimize infrastructure lifecycle management, and deliver scalable solutions that support business growth. Collaborating across executive leadership, product management, engineering, and quality organizations, this individual will connect people, processes, and technology to address complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes.\nIn this position the Senior Lead DevOps Engineer will be able to establish scalable DevOps capabilities, enhance platform reliability, and enable faster delivery of business-critical solutions. The Senior Lead DevOps Engineer will serve as a technical leader and trusted partner, helping teams adopt best practices, improve operational resilience, and support the organization’s long-term digital transformation objectives.\nLocation\nThis is a work from home position within the US.\nThe Main Responsibilities\nApply a thorough understanding of deploying and managing application lifecycles to interpret customer business needs and processes.\nMaking data driven decisions to improve resilience,and service quality\nWork with the development team to improve the system architecture.\nSupportive and collaborative management ability in a team environment, as well as proven customer-facing management skills\nProven experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jira and Confluence\nDetailed, hands-on experience with public cloud resources and services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud\nKnowledge on how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a test and product environments\nAbility to identify, assess and integrate various open source technologies and cloud services\nAnalyse current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them\nWork under agile principles.\nWork with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, agentic coding, Cursor, Claude Code and assist teams in adopting them\nAssist other DevOps engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team\nMentor and train other DevOps engineers and seek to continually improve processes\nParticipate in internal meeting to review solution, all dependencies, actions and timelines.\nCollaborate with other developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure quality product enhancements.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\nBachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s Degree with 8+ years experience\n5 years overall professional software development experience\n3 years of scripting language development experience (BASH)\nFamiliar with all aspects of MV frameworks.\nAdvanced Linux admin and programming skills.\nFamiliar with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.\nExperience with API integration and Micro Services and Containers\nExperience deploying and managing production systems on a cloud infrastructure\nDetailed understanding of networking at all layers.\nExperience with good engineering practices (test driven development, continuous integration: Jenkins)\nIn-depth knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies like Amazon Web\nFamiliar with concepts related to continuous integration and continuous deployment.\nExperience with Powershell or Dotnet pipelines valuate but not required\nCompensation\nThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
