The role also involves developing solutions across multiple disciplines and producing and explaining those solutions through documented system requirements.\nLocation\nThis is a work from home position within the US.\nThe Main Responsibilities\nPartners in an Agile Scrum team environment to be able to design, develop, code, test, debug and support in production new software or significant enhancements to existing software\nWorks closely with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements\nCollaborates with product developers in an agile team to define and implement effective and efficient automated tests \nDocuments own work to promote transparency and reuse\nBuilds production-quality enterprise-grade systems that achieve target SLAs for scalability, reliability, and performance on an agreed upon schedule\nActively participates in code-review process\nPrioritizes and handles multiple concurrent projects and efforts\nDemonstrates accountability for successful completion of assignments and tasks\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\n6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience (Computer Science or similar is preferred). 4 + years of experience with a master’s degree.\nWorking knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices\nExperience in Agile practices, including planning and grooming, sprint management, daily standup, and retrospective participation\nExperience with GoLang and Java\nExperience with Temporal Workflow\nExperience with Oracle RDBMS, writing PL/SQL\nExperience with Unix/Linux shell scripting\nREST API Services is a plus\nFluent with Frameworks and Libraries such as Spring Boot (Advanced), Spring Framework (Core, Data, Security, MVC), Hibernate/JPA,Apache Kafka /Confluent Kafka, RESTful Web Services and JUnit/TestNG for testing\nEfficient with Cloud Platforms being Proficient in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure)\nExperience with cloud services like AKS, Logic Apps, Service Bus.\nExperience using AI Developer tools (Cursor, Github Copilot, Claude Code) to create high quality code in a fast moving environment\nExperience in developing scalable high-performance systems to support high data volume processing\nHighly motivated, organized, reliable and detail oriented\nQuick learner and actively seeks out new technology\nExperience in the telecommunications industry a plus\nStrong problem-solving, time management, written and verbal communication skills\nCompensation\nThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
