We're looking for a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, support, and improve business-critical applications on Microsoft .NET and Azure.\nYou'll work in a globally distributed team with engineers, analysts, and business partners in India and the United States. The team is also working with leading technology partners to build AI-powered workflows and applications, so there's a real chance to work on modern cloud and AI solutions alongside core enterprise development.\nThe Main Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. \nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with internal financial systems and third-party platforms. \nDevelop and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, and API Management. \nDesign, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including schemas, stored procedures, functions, views, and queries that support financial applications. \nEnhance and modernize existing applications, including migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core / .NET 8+ and cloud-native designs. \nProvide production support: troubleshoot incidents, do root cause analysis, and put permanent fixes in place within agreed SLAs. \nWrite clean, maintainable, well-documented code that follows SOLID principles and established design patterns. \nWrite unit and integration tests and take part in code reviews to keep quality high. \nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and manage code through GitHub (branching, pull requests, and code reviews). \nWork with US-based stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, refine user stories in Jira, and deliver in an Agile/Scrum setting, including some overlap with US business hours when needed. \nFollow security, compliance, and data privacy standards for financial and customer data. \nContribute to AI-enabled workflows and applications as the team's AI roadmap develops\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering with minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core. \nStrong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework / EF Core, and LINQ. \nSolid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development. \nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server: writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views; indexing and performance tuning; reading execution plans; and data modeling. \nUnderstanding of transactions, locking, and data integrity when working with financial data. \nExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with microservices architecture. \nGood grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. \nExperience with Git and GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions. \nUnderstanding of application security practices, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD / Entra ID, and secure handling of sensitive data. \nExperience supporting production applications, including monitoring, logging, and incident resolution (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Monitor). \nExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams using Jira (Confluence is a plus). \nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones with US-based teams. \nRequisition #: 343993\nEqual Employment Opportunities\nWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, ancestry, citizenship, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, genetic characteristic or information, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, family status, pregnancy, or other legally protected status (collectively, “protected statuses”).
