relevant market intelligence,including hiring trends and salary insights.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSales-driven recruitment and business development\nProactivelyidentify and generate recruitment opportunities through networking, referrals, relationship\ndevelopment, and market engagement.\n\nScopeclient requirements,\nprepare proposals, support contracting, and manage commercial momentum\nthroughout the recruitment cycle.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.\nCandidate sourcing and recruitment delivery\nManagethe end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, CV screening, assessment and\nfeedback coordination, through to interview scheduling.\n\nUse job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and experience inrecruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment agency.\n\nStrong track record in businessdevelopment, recruitment sales, and client-facing recruitment\ndelivery.\n\nExperience managing the fullrecruitment life cycle.\n\nRelevant tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field will\nbe beneficial.\n\nComfortable using LinkedIn, jobboards, applicant tracking systems.\n\nExperience managing CRM systems,and sourcing tools.\n\nAbility to work with stakeholdersacross different
