The Assistant Controller - EMEA role is responsible for managing accounting activities across multiple regional entities, ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance with local regulations and company standards. The position supports financial reporting, closing processes, audits, and cross-functional collaboration, while driving process improvements and adopting new technologies.\nIf you want to work in an innovative, international environment and help push the boundaries of healthcare, well-being, and energy-based technology, this is your opportunity!\nMain Responsibilities :\nResponsible for accounting activities across selected EMEA entities, including:\nManaging day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.\nProcessing and monitoring vendor, payroll, and other financial payments accurately and on time.\nSupporting local teams on accounting and finance-related matters.\nCoordinating external audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and communication with auditors.\nAssisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and reconciliations.\nPreparing reporting packages, working papers, and financial analyses, including balance sheet and profit & loss reviews.\nSupporting statutory reporting, tax compliance activities, and resolution of accounting discrepancies.\nParticipating in process improvement initiatives and finance projects as required.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting from a university or a leading college - essential\nCPA\nExcellent English (writing and speaking) - essential\nBackground from one of the BIG 4 - essential\nKnowledgeable in SAP - advantage \nDedicated, independent, responsible, and able to manage several activities simultaneously \nStrong communication and service orientation skills \nFull-time scope -
