This role will lead equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to support production and New Product Introduction activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical and maintenance engineering support for manufacturing equipment to maximize machine uptime, reliability, and production efficiency.\nPerform and oversee preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and automation systems.\nAnalyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve performance and minimize recurring downtime.\nSupport the installation, qualification, setup, calibration, and validation of new equipment, tooling, and machine improvements.\nLead equipment improvement projects focused on productivity, machine utilization, product quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.\nMonitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure equipment readiness for mass production.\nPrepare and maintain maintenance records, equipment history, spare-parts information, SOPs, PM checklists, and other technical documentation.\nEnsure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, EHS requirements, and company standards.\nCoordinate with equipment vendors and external suppliers regarding troubleshooting, repairs, spare parts, and technical support.\nSupport engineering changes, machine modifications, and automation improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators on equipment operation, maintenance requirements, and basic troubleshooting.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.\nAt least seven years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing engineering, automation support, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience in the electronics, semiconductor, optical, or other high-technology manufacturing industry is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting methodologies, PLCs, automation systems, sensors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical and electrical equipment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.\nFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing systems.\nProactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication and coordination skills in both English and Thai.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a
