microcontrollers (e.g., MCU, such as STM32, ESP32, etc) and other embedded platforms\nDevelop low-level drivers (GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, etc.) and integrate peripherals\nEnsure reliable and efficient communication between hardware modules and software systems\nDevelop GUI for firmware debugging and Lab engineering investigation.\nCollaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware and firmware with application layers\nCreate and maintain design documents (memory map, register file, etc) and test reports.\nFW related troubleshooting or failure analysis\nJob Requirements:\nRequired Skills:\nProficiency in microcontrollers\nExperience writing low-level drivers (GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, etc.).\nExperience with FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or other real-time operating systems.\nUse of tools like JTAG, SWD, and in-circuit debuggers\nFamiliar with industry standards and design regulatory, such as IEEE 802.3, OIF, MSA standard, CMIS specification, etc.\nUnderstanding of firmware flashing, updating methods, and version control.\nGood experience in analog and digital circuit design\nKnowledge of electronic components (MCUs, ASIC, sensors, laser driver, TEC controller, regulators, etc.).\nExperience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.\nKnowledge and experience on semiconductor laser for optic communication application\nStrong skill on Failure analysis, root cause study and improvement solution\nQualifications:\nBS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, photoelectric, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in the related industry\nIndependent Firmware development experience for mass production product.\nGood communications skills,
