You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers to ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and ready for production within approved timelines and budgets.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan and coordinate equipment procurement to support production expansion and operational requirements.\nWork with Industrial, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering teams to define equipment requirements, consolidate station bills of materials (BOMs), and review technical specifications.\nIdentify technical gaps and coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve issues.\nDevelop and monitor schedules covering capital expenditure approvals, purchase orders, equipment delivery, installation, and production readiness.\nTrack project milestones, identify risks and delays, and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.\nMonitor CAPEX budgets, committed costs, actual expenditure, and forecasts; highlight variances and potential budget overruns.\nPartner with Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate cost reporting, budget compliance, and cost optimization.\nCoordinate with Engineering and Fixed Asset Accounting to ensure accurate asset information and timely capitalization.\nMaintain project trackers and provide clear updates on progress, costs, risks, and outstanding actions.\nCoordinate equipment readiness reviews and handover to Engineering and Production teams.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience in project engineering, equipment procurement, manufacturing expansion, or CAPEX coordination within a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to interpret equipment specifications and engineering requirements.\nUnderstanding of equipment procurement processes, installation activities, and production readiness requirements.\nExperience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and project reporting.\nStrong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and work with suppliers.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools;
