Equipment Engineers are responsible for the overall availability and performance of their assigned equipment sets in accordance with SEMI E10.\nResponsibilities will include:\nDesign and implement maintenance programs to improve tool availability and reduce cost of ownership;\nAnalyze equipment performance metrics (MTBF, uptime, MTTR, etc.) to determine areas for improvement; \nWrite PM procedures, checklists, troubleshooting guides, and work instructions for your assigned equipment set;\nEvaluate and recommend the selection of new process equipment;\nPlan, manage and execute all assigned equipment installations or upgrades to the Fab or manufacturing equipment;\nContinuous improvement of reliability, availability, yield and quality as well as cost and scrap reduction support;\nAssists equipment maintenance technicians in the troubleshooting of critical down tools;\nEstablish and maintain spare part Bill of Materials (BOMs) for assigned equipment.\nRequirements:\nSolid background working in Equipment Maintenance supporting a 24/7 clean room manufacturing environment\nAbility to generate equipment work instructions\nStrong organizational, time management, and communication skills\nBasic understanding of Environmental, health, and and Safety requirements as related to Equipment Maintenance\nBasic understanding Electronics with the ability to read schematics\nBasic understanding of Electromechanical, Vacuum, and Pneumatics\nCan lead Equipment Maintenance in the troubleshooting to root cause of down equipment\nStrong computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Project.\nPay Range:\nP40-USA-1 :$87,550.00 - $125,050.00Disclaimer:\nFinal base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
