They have been facing great challenges to offer sound mechanical structure, thermal performance, and stable signal integrity for many market-first products.\nResponsibilities\nThe Mechanical Engineering Intern’s responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:\nProvide genuine ideas for new chip, component, and Module design\nBuild product prototypes\nPerform thermal stress analysis for new or existed package design\nPerform GD&T analysis\nInvolve DFM activities\nMinimum Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate engineering, mechanical or related technical programs.\nFoundational knowledge of concepts, tools, or methods relevant to the internship.\nDemonstrated ability to apply classroom learning through coursework, projects, laboratory work, research, or other relevant experience.\nAvailable for the full internship period.\nDesired Qualifications\nKnowledge of FEA software such as ANSYS is a plus.\nExperience in opto-mechanical designs\nExperience with production development\nAbilities in mechanical design, drafting, tolerance analysis, and familiar with tools like: SolidWorks, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Agile.\nPay Range:\nDisclaimer:\nFinal base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
