Greensboro, North Carolina, United States\nIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!\nWe're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic overachievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nTeam Overview\nThis internship is a hands-on role working in a cleanroom environment where you’ll support the development, and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes.\nResponsibilities\nProcess Development & Optimization: Design and run experiments to develop or improve semiconductor and thin-film fabrication methods, focusing on yield, throughput, and consistency\nTool Operation: Learn and safely operate semiconductor tools such as deposition systems, etch systems, lithography equipment, and metrology tools\nData Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze data and make process decision to achieve desired outcome. Summarize, present, and discuss findings with team. \nCleanroom Work: Perform tasks in a controlled cleanroom environment, handling wafers and sensitive equipment\nCollaboration: Work with senior process engineers, process technicians and manufacturing operators, to ensure process compatibility and quality\nDocumentation: Maintain detailed records of processes, procedures, and test results\nMinimum Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate engineering, mechanical, materials or related technical programs.\nFoundational knowledge of concepts, tools, or methods relevant to the internship (semiconductor processing methods, thin-film disposition, dry etch, lithography, and metrology).\nDemonstrated ability to apply classroom learning through coursework, projects, laboratory work, research, or other relevant experience.\nAvailable for the full internship period.\nDesired Qualifications\nPrior cleanroom experience and familiarity with wafer
