manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability.\nCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration between the MES and other related systems.\nMonitor and optimize MES performance and system availability.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency through MES capabilities.\nCoordinate with external vendors or development partners for system enhancements and support activities.\nSupporting manufacturing activities from IT point of view\nRetrieve and analyze manufacturing data to support production management and decision-making.\nConfigure and maintain client devices, including PC, tablets, handheld, and label printers.\nProvide user support and training for manufacturing-related IT systems.\nResponsibilities\nOperate and maintain the MES under the supervision of the IT Manager.\nSupport manufacturing operations through effective use of IT systems.\nEnsure stable operation of manufacturing IT infrastructure and applications.\nExpected Background\nExperience in MES implementation, operation, or support within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.\nExperience coordinating and negotiating with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams.\nExperience working with outsourced vendors or system integrators is preferred.\nExpected Skill\nAbility to document business requirements and software specifications for outsourced developers.\nBasic programming skills (Visual Basic, ASP.NET, Java, Python, etc.).\nBasic knowledge of networking and Windows operating systems.\nBasic database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).\nEnglish communication skills (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent).\nWe
