directing process engineers\nTo mature the developed individual process step for future mass production.\nTo explore appropriate process tool based on the process requirement.\nTo collaborate with R&D design team and OPS wafer manufacturing and production technology teams to accomplish the above job.\nTo examine new process technology which contributes to improving productivity, yield, and cost.\nExpected skill\nTo lead the process transition from development to MP.\nTo have an experience of tool selection and setup.\nTo instruct primary process engineer.\nTo operate tools such as ICP, RIE, CVD, PVD, sputter, and SEM.\nTo conduct objective analysis about experiment results, summarize and report it.\nTo specify the process issue and solve it by planning and executing appropriate
