You'll work across cloud, identity, endpoint, network and data security while partnering with technical and business teams to continuously improve our security capability.\nIf you enjoy solving challenging security problems, mentoring others and driving meaningful improvements, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs a senior member of our Information Security team, you'll:\nLead the investigation and response to complex cyber security incidents across cloud, endpoint, identity, network, email and application environments.\nDrive improvements to our Security Operations capability through enhanced detections, playbooks, automation and operational processes.\nOwn and enhance key security controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), ensuring they remain effective, measurable and aligned with business needs.\nAssess vulnerabilities, prioritise remediation activities and work with technology teams to reduce cyber risk across the organisation.\nProvide security assurance for new projects and technology changes, helping embed security by design.\nProduce meaningful security metrics and reporting for technical and business stakeholders.\nCoach and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and raising security capability across the organisation.\nTranslate complex technical issues into clear, practical recommendations that support informed business decisions.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou'll have experience in several of the following areas:\nSecurity Operations, Security Incident Response or Security Engineering.\nSecurity Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) technologies.\nIdentity and Access Management, including MFA, Conditional Access and Privileged Access.\nData Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and policy management.\nVulnerability Management and security hardening.\nSecurity architecture reviews and technical assurance.\nThreat detection, investigation and root cause analysis.\nSecurity automation, scripting or workflow improvement.\nYou'll also be comfortable working with recognised security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls or the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.\nWe're looking for someone who:\nHas significant experience within cyber security, information security or security operations.\nEnjoys leading investigations and solving complex technical challenges.\nCan influence stakeholders at all levels with clear, confident communication.\nThinks strategically while remaining hands-on.\nTakes ownership and is driven by continuous improvement.\nBuilds strong relationships and enjoys developing others.\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA are desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate equivalent experience.\nPerks You’ll Love\nFlexible time off\nHealth and wellness benefits (physical and mental)\nTuition reimbursement and career growth support\nA workplace built for you: free gym, games room, prayer room\nSubsidized meals, free coffee/tea\nEmployee stock options and incentive plans\nA collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture\nSalary Range: $70,000 - $102,000 CAD (flexible).\nFinal compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
