operations and supply chain objectives.\nDevelop detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and executive reporting mechanisms.\nCoordinate activities across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, and Business Units.\nDrive governance reviews and ensure accountability for deliverables and outcomes.\nSupport PMO standards, methodologies, metrics, and best practices.\nS&OP and Integrated Business Planning Support\nSupport the maturation of enterprise S&OP and IBP processes.\nCoordinate cross-functional demand and supply review meetings.\nTrack action items, decisions, and performance metrics arising from consensus planning processes.\nFacilitate alignment between Sales, Business Lines, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.\nDevelop executive dashboards and KPI reporting packages.\nBusiness Process Transformation\nLead business process mapping and redesign initiatives.\nIdentify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.\nDrive continuous improvement projects focused on forecasting accuracy, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.\nPartner with stakeholders to define future-state operating models.\nTechnology and Systems Deployment\nPartner with IT teams to define business requirements and process specifications.\nSupport implementation of enterprise planning, analytics, and supplier collaboration platforms.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and deployment of readiness reviews.\nFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.\nSupplier Collaboration and Data Management\nAssist in developing supplier communication and collaboration processes.\nSupport implementation of supplier data exchange initiatives.\nMonitor supplier response performance and data quality metrics.\nPartner with procurement, planning, and operations teams to improve supply chain visibility.\nData Quality and Analytics\nMaintain program performance dashboards and executive scorecards.\nAnalyze operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.\nSupport Master Data Management (MDM) improvement initiatives.\nDrive data governance and process adherence across participating functions.\nChange Management and Organizational Adoption\nDevelop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.\nCoordinate training and adoption activities for new processes and systems.\nMonitor adoption of metrics and escalate organizational barriers.\nFacilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.\nQualifications\nExperience\n8-12 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.\nExperience managing large cross-functional programs in technology, semiconductors, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.\nDemonstrated success driving enterprise process improvement initiatives.\nExperience working with global teams and complex stakeholder structures.\nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.\nExperience with ERP, planning, analytics, or supply chain management systems.\nStrong data analysis and reporting skills.\nFamiliarity with business intelligence tools and project management software.\nLeadership Competencies\nExceptional stakeholder management skills.\nStrong executive communication and presentation capabilities.\nAbility to influence without direct authority.\nStructured problem-solving and analytical thinking.\nExcellent organizational and execution skills.\nEducation & Certifications\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering required.\n Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM/CSCP), Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desired.\nPay Range:\nP80-USA-1 :$149,900.00 - $214,150.00Disclaimer:\nFinal base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
