In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our high-performance photonics and semiconductor solutions through rigorous hardware testing practices. You will play a key role in the development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver products that meet the highest standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and execute comprehensive hardware test plans and test cases for new product introductions and existing hardware platforms\n\nDevelop and maintain automated test setups, utilizing industry-standard frameworks and tools\n\nAnalyze and debug hardware issues, working cross-functionally with design and development teams\n\nEnsure testing aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements\n\nInterpret hardware schematics and datasheets to facilitate thorough testing methodologies\n\nConduct environmental testing, including thermal and humidity assessments\n\nPerform and document EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) tests as needed\n\nOperate a variety of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers\n\nMaintain detailed test records, results, and reports for product validation and compliance\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nProficiency in hardware testing methodologies and best practices\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems\n\nExperience designing and executing test plans and test cases\n\nFamiliarity with test automation tools and frameworks\n\nAbility to read and interpret hardware schematics and datasheets\n\nKnowledge of industry standards and regulations for hardware testing\n\nUnderstanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts\n\nProficiency using test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers\n\nExperience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting techniques\n\nUnderstanding of digital and analog circuit design principles\n\nFamiliarity with environmental testing (temperature and humidity chambers)\n\nUnderstanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field\n\n10-12 years of hands-on experience in hardware testing within optical, semiconductor, or related technology sectors\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and collaborative communication skills\n\nWhy Join Lumilens?\nWork at the forefront of AI, networking, and optical semiconductor technology\n\nCollaborative and innovative environment\n\nOpportunities for career growth\n\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package\n\nLumilens is an equal opportunity employer.
