The ideal candidate balances strong hands-on desktop support skills with foundational cloud and network competencies and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-User Support\nProvide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS across the Singapore office\n\nLaptop provisioning, imaging, configuration & lifecycle management (Windows & Mac)\n\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, printers & AV equipment\n\nManage software installations, patch management & OS updates\n\nSupport onboarding & offboarding - device setup, account creation & asset handover\n\nMaintain IT asset inventory and track hardware/software licenses\n\nNetwork & Connectivity\nManage basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting for end users\n\nSupport VPN client configuration and remote access for Singapore staff\n\nCoordinate with regional Network Engineer for escalations and site-level changes\n\nAssist in cable patching, switch port configuration & Wi-Fi AP management\n\nCloud & M365 Administration\nManage M365 user accounts, licenses & groups via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\n\nSupport Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online for Singapore users\n\nAssist in Intune/Endpoint Manager device enrolment & compliance policy enforcement\n\nHandle Azure AD user provisioning, password resets & MFA troubleshooting\n\nTechnical Requirements\nEnd-User & Desktop\nStrong troubleshooting (Group Policy, registry, event logs)\n\nSystem Preferences, MDM enrolment, iCloud & keychain management (macOS)\n\nLaptop repair, RAM/SSD replacement, peripheral setup\n\nExperience with ITSM/Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk, or equivalent)\n\nImaging & deployment (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, MDT)\n\nAntivirus/EDR (CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint, or equivalent)\n\nNetworking (Foundational)\nTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs - conceptual & operational understanding\n\nBasic Wi-Fi troubleshooting (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, or similar cloud-managed APs)\n\nVPN clients (Cisco AnyConnect, Global Protect, or equivalent)\n\nBasic switch/router CLI (Cisco/HP/Aruba) for port checks & VLAN tagging\n\nMicrosoft Azure & M365\nUser & group management, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA (Microsoft Entra ID)\n\nDevice enrolment, compliance policies, app deployment (Microsoft Intune)\n\nM365 Apps administration (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive)\n\nAzure portal navigation, resource groups, VM/storage awareness\n\nBasic scripting for M365 user management & automation (PowerShell)\n\nQualifications\nDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field\n\n5-8 years of hands-on IT support & systems administration experience\n\nProven experience supporting both Windows and macOS in a corporate environment\n\nMicrosoft certifications: MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900, or equivalent (preferred)\n\nStrong English communication - verbal, written, and documentation skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in the Bangalore office\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in a manufacturing or technology company (multi-site environment)\n\nFamiliarity with Lumilens tools: ERP, Slack/Teams, SharePoint\n\nExposure to CCTV/physical security or AV systems management\n\nBasic understanding of SASE/Zero Trust concepts (SDWAN or similar)\n\nITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management exposure\n\nMandarin or Malay language skills a plus for local stakeholder support\n\nLumilens is an equal opportunity employer.
