You will be responsible for optical active alignment processes, equipment controls, and alignment algorithms critical for transceiver manufacturing. You will also handle equipment buyoff and qualification, as well as epoxy dispensing and curing processes.This role will be based at our state-of-the-art fabrication facility at Bulim Square.\nResponsibilities\nLead and optimize optical active alignment processes for transceiver production\n\nOperate, set up, and maintain active alignment equipment, including equipment control and qualification\n\nDevelop, implement, and optimize alignment algorithms\n\nPerform equipment buyoff and equipment qualification activities\n\nOversee epoxy dispensing and curing processes\n\nDesign and refine fixtures to improve alignment processes\n\nWork closely with R&D, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure high yield and quality in production\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment control, alignment processes, and fixtures\n\nContribute to process documentation and continuous improvement\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience with optical active alignment for transceivers or related photonic devices\n\nFamiliarity with active alignment processes and equipment\n\nExperience with equipment buyoff and qualification\n\nKnowledge of epoxy dispensing and curing methods\n\nExperience with equipment control\n\nExperience in fixture design for alignment\n\nProficiency in developing or optimizing alignment algorithms\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, physics, optics, or related field preferred\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and benefits\n\nOpportunities for career advancement\n\nWork with a world-class team solving cutting-edge challenges\n\nCollaborative and innovative work environment\n\nLumilens is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
