We provide accessible, patient-centered care through our digital healthcare platform.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsive Nurse to support our telehealth operations by managing patient messages, addressing clinical inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote healthcare environment and communicating clearly with patients and medical providers.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and respond to patient messages through our telehealth platform.\n\nAddress routine clinical questions within the nurse's scope of practice.\n\nEscalate complex medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.\n\nMonitor pending patient messages and ensure timely follow-ups.\n\nCoordinate with medical providers to resolve patient concerns.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of patient communications.\n\nFollow established clinical protocols and patient privacy standards, including HIPAA.\n\nRequirements\nActive US nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).\n\nPrevious experience in patient care, telehealth, or clinical support.\n\nStrong written communication and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize patient inquiries and manage multiple requests.\n\nFamiliarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or telehealth platforms.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nPosition Details\nPosition: Nurse\n\nLocation: Remote - United States\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSomeone who is proactive, patient-focused, organized, and committed to providing timely and professional communication.\nHow to Apply\nIf this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
