We’re looking for someone pro-active, personable and pragmatic.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and career development.\nPartner with managers and other teams such as Legal to provide HR guidance, policies and ensure best practices across all teams as well as ensuring compliance with UK employment law.\nManage employee relations matters, providing advice and resolution strategies.\nOversee HR administration, including maintaining employee records and managing benefits alongside Legal, Finance and other relevant stakeholders.\nManage the HR coordinators in London and New York. \nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and support business growth, employee engagement and company culture\nWe are growing internationally: knowledge and responsibility for US and Canadian employment practices is a plus, and developing an understanding of relevant regimes will be expected.\nIf you think you have what it takes for the role and have some, but not all, of the above requirements we would encourage your application.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2.1+\n6+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-growing company.\nKnowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.\nSome understanding of non-UK employment law and HR best practices, including working with and managing Employers of Record.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.\nDetail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nProactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.\nBenefits\nCentral London office location and opportunity for international business travel.\nPension scheme with Aegon, RetireReady.\nHealth insurance with BUPA -
