You will run several implementations concurrently, working alongside Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams including Product to understand each customer’s objectives, configure the platform for defined use cases, deliver training and guide customers towards effective, scalable ways of working.\nYou will apply the delivery patterns the team has established - and help sharpen them. If you want to build deep expertise in legal technology, AI-enabled contracting and enterprise software delivery, this is the role that gives you the reps to do it.\nWhat you’ll do\nDevelop deep working knowledge of the Luminance platform - its core functionality, configuration options and principal use cases \nLead customer discovery sessions to understand objectives, contracting processes, user requirements and implementation priorities \nTranslate those requirements into clear, scalable configurations, in line with established implementation standards and best practice \nManage a portfolio of concurrent implementations against agreed timelines, milestones and delivery outcomes\nDeliver training sessions to key customer user groups, adapting to different roles and levels of technical confidence \nExplain platform functionality, behaviour, trade-offs and limitations clearly and credibly \nGuide customers towards recommended best practice, constructively redirecting requests that would create unnecessary complexity or reduce long-term value \nIdentify and escalate risks, dependencies and gaps early, with clear recommendations for resolution \nWork with Customer Success, Product and Support to resolve issues and deliver a cohesive customer experience \nCapture recurring customer needs and repeatable patterns, and feed them back into the team’s playbooks and delivery processes \nWhat success looks like\nCustomers reach meaningful value quickly and use the platform confidently and independently \nImplementations land against agreed milestones, with minimal avoidable rework \nRequirements become effective configurations without unnecessary complexity \nRisks and delivery issues surface early rather than late \nWhat you learn on one implementation makes the next one faster \nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience in a client-facing legal tech or B2B SaaS role - implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery or customer success - and/or relevant legal experience \nThe ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes and commerical workflows \nStrong project management and organisational skills: several implementations at different stages, held accurately, in a fast-paced delivery environment \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead scoping sessions, project updates and training for legal, commercial and operational stakeholders \nSound judgement - the ability to distinguish a genuine customer requirement from a product limitation, and both from an opportunity to recommend a better approach \nA proactive, self-directed and accountable working style, with the analytical ability to turn ambiguity into a clear course of action \nThe ability to learn complex software quickly and apply that knowledge across different customer scenarios \nExperience crafting effective prompts for AI systems, or a demonstrable ability to develop this capability quickly \nGenuine interest in the intersection of legal services, enterprise software and emerging AI technologies \nAn undergraduate degree at 2:1 level, a GPA of 3.5 or above, or an equivalent qualification \nDesirable\nAn understanding of contract law and commercial agreements, or experience reviewing, negotiating or supporting the negotiation of contracts \nFamiliarity with contract lifecycle management, legal operations or legal technology \nExperience implementing enterprise software within legal, procurement, compliance or commercial teams \nExperience in a high-volume implementation, onboarding or professional-services environment \nAdditional details\nPermanent, full-time \nCustomer-facing and implementation-focused, within our global Delivery Team \nClear progression through defined levels within the Legal Implementation function \nSome travel may be required, depending on customer and business needs\nCompensation -
