Luminator is a global leader spanning over 85 countries and nearly 1,000 employees worldwide.\nWe’re searching for Production Supervisor- BUS to join our team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.\nThe Production Supervisor - is responsible for daily operations in a manufacturing or production environment, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role involves leading a team of production staff, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPlan, organize, and oversee the daily production schedule to meet output and quality targets.\nMonitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.\nEnsure production equipment is properly maintained and operates safely.\nSupervise and motivate a team of production employees, including providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.\nConduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.\nFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure all products meet established quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.\nCollaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address defects or deviations.\nMaintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular safety audits.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and industry standards.\nTrack and report on key production metrics, such as output, downtime, and waste.\nMaintain accurate records of production activities, employee attendance, and equipment maintenance.\nPosition Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nBachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred, but not required. \n3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nMinimum 1-2 years plus in a supervisory role.\nTechnical and business knowledge to include financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel;
