The role is responsible for supplier qualification & development, supplier quality assurance, and continuous improvement to support efficient production and high product reliability.\nWhat you will do:\nSupporting the selection and approval of new suppliers.\nSupplier Risk Management - systems and process audits per recognized standards. Rating the suppliers to minimize risk and maximize profitability. \nPrevention and reduction of Supplier non-Quality costs. \nPart Approval Process for supplier parts. \nGuarantee that all specific requirements including product compliance requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled by the suppliers. \nSupporting and supervising supplier evaluation process.\nForces corrective actions from audit findings and drives completion of tasks through supplier development programs.
