for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for After Sales employees, field service technicians, technical support teams, service partners, and customers.\nThe role ensures that employees and customers have the knowledge and skills required to effectively install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Luminator products and solutions.\nThis position works closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, and Field Service teams to ensure training content reflects the latest products, technologies, and best practices.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, work instructions, and e-learning content. \nCreate product, system, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance training programs. \nCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and technically accurate.\nDeliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training for Service Technicians, Field Service Engineers, Technical Support Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, Customers and Service Partners. \nConduct onboarding programs for new After Sales employees. \nFacilitate product launch and refresher training sessions.\nSupport the rollout of new products and technologies by creating and delivering training programs. \nTranslate complex technical information into practical, easy-to-understand learning materials. \nPromote best practices for installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.\nEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and participant feedback. \nIdentify knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities. \nRecommend corrective actions and additional learning initiatives.\nPartner with U.S training, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical Support teams. \nSupport customer training initiatives and service excellence programs. \nContribute to the continuous improvement of the After Sales knowledge base and training resources.\nDevelop and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs.\nCoaching and mentoring of trainers to ensure consistent global delivery standards.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in technical training, field service, technical support, customer support, or aftermarket operations. \nExperience delivering both classroom and virtual training. \nManufacturing, transportation, electronics, or technology industry experience preferred.\nStrong understanding of technical products, systems, and troubleshooting methodologies. \nProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). \nExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools. \nAbility to create engaging technical learning materials.\nExcellent presentation and facilitation skills. \nStrong communication and customer-facing skills. \nTechnical aptitude and problem-solving mindset. \nInstructional design and adult learning principles. \nStakeholder management. \nProject planning and organization. \nContinuous improvement mindset. \nCustomer focus and service orientation. \nAbility to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.\nFluent English and German skills are a
