You will work with cloud infrastructure, automation, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code to support AI agents, knowledge bases, observability, security, and governance.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable AWS-based AI platform infrastructure supporting Generative AI solutions across the organization\n\nProvision and manage Amazon Bedrock services, including model access, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, and related AI platform components\n\nBuild and operate AI agent infrastructure, including EKS clusters, vector storage, document ingestion pipelines, and supporting platform services\n\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, repeatable, and auditable deployments\n\nImplement identity, security, governance, and compliance controls, including federated access, audit logging, and data protection requirements\n\nEstablish observability and monitoring for AI workloads, including platform performance, model latency, token usage, and cost management\n\nCollaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence\n\nCreate platform documentation, operational runbooks, and self-service capabilities to support adoption and long-term sustainability\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer, AI Platform Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role\n\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and identity management\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines\n\nKnowledge of Amazon Bedrock and related AI platform services, including Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, and LLM-powered solutions\n\nExperience with vector databases, document ingestion pipelines, and enterprise data integrations\n\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS\n\nUnderstanding of AI application architectures, agent orchestration, observability, and operational monitoring\n\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell\n\nExperience implementing security, governance, and compliance controls in cloud environments\n\nFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level\n\nCompany offers\n\nFlexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)\n\nTeams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun\n\nYou’ll be joining a team where things move fast, ideas flow freely, and change is part of the everyday.
