That's our attitude towards our work, ambitions, ideas, and relationships.We at Luminor believe that anyone has the potential to achieve big things and encourage everyone to achieve them,professionally and personally.\n\nWhoever you are and whatever your role is, with Luminor, you will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a local banking champion.\n\nIf you are passionate about cybersecurity, enjoy understanding how technologies work, and have a natural curiosity for identifying risks and strengthening security controls, we invite you to join our team as a DLP Purview Engineer.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\n\nSupport and maintain Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across the organization\n\nContribute to the full lifecycle of DLP controls, including implementation, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement\n\nHelp identify, investigate, and address potential data protection risks and policy violations\n\nCollaborate closely with Security Operations, Engineering, and other technology teams to ensure effective protection of sensitive information\n\nReview and challenge existing controls, processes, and configurations with a security-first mindset\n\nParticipate in troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis activities\n\nAssist in defining and improving DLP policies, processes, and operational procedures\n\nSupport security initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening the organization's data protection capabilities\n\nMaintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience in cybersecurity, IT operations, system administration, or a related technical field\n\nInterest in data protection, information security, and modern security technologies\n\nAdvanced understanding of Microsoft security technologies, particularly Microsoft Purview\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and identify potential risks\n\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders\n\nHealthy skepticism and willingness to challenge assumptions when evaluating security controls\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly\n\nFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working in a Pan-Baltic team\n\nNice to have\n\nFamiliarity with Agile ways of working is considered an advantage\n\nExperience with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, or Insider Risk Management solutions\n\nMicrosoft certifications related to Security, Compliance, or Microsoft 365\n\nExperience with Windows administration or endpoint management\n\nExposure to Security Operations Center (SOC) environments or security monitoring activities\n\nKnowledge of data classification, information protection, and regulatory compliance requirements\n\nExperience working within the banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries\n\nCompany offers\n\nFlexibility.
