You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping transform requirements into practical solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience across the organization.\nWorking closely with Product Owners, Process Specialists, IT teams, and other stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement, support change initiatives, and ensure that solutions deliver real business value.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\nDrive business analysis activities related to our document management platform, including system enhancements, process improvements, automations, and regulatory changes\n\nGather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the change lifecycle\n\nPrepare business cases, specifications, user stories, process documentation, and other analysis artifacts\n\nSupport solution delivery through testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing\n\nAct as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes\n\nAnalyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement effective and sustainable solutions\n\nPerform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience\n\nSupport incident resolution and contribute to the implementation of mitigation and improvement actions\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives\n\nMaintain visibility of ongoing work through Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting\n\nContribute to risk management, regulatory compliance, audit activities, and business continuity processes\n\nContinuously look for opportunities to simplify processes, optimize solutions, and improve ways of working\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\nExperience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives\n\nStrong skills in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the change lifecycle\n\nExperience working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear and actionable requirements\n\nPractical experience participating in IT change initiatives, including testing, validation, and successful solution implementation\n\nAbility to present complex topics in a structured and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience with process analysis, problem solving, and identifying opportunities for optimization and automation\n\nUnderstanding of Agile ways of working and experience using tools such as Jira\n\nStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems\n\nExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills\n\nAwareness of IT systems, services, and operational processes\n\nFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level\n\nWhy You Will Love Working Here:\nFlexibility.
