This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how data flows across systems, from core banking platforms and accounting structures to reporting and analytics. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers, you will design and build scalable data solutions while investigating data challenges end-to-end and turning business requirements into reliable technical implementations.\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\nDesign and develop reliable data transformations and pipelines supporting banking, finance, reporting, and analytics.\n\nAnalyze data end-to-end, from core banking/source systems through transformations to downstream consumers.\n\nTranslate business requirements into data mappings, transformation rules, reconciliation logic, and technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain data solutions across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, ensuring data quality and consistency.\n\nInvestigate complex data issues across source systems, transformations, warehouses, and reporting.\n\nOwn changes through the full engineering lifecycle, from analysis and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\nStrong SQL and Python, relational database, data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT skills.\n\nGood understanding of banking/core banking data, particularly accounts, transactions, balances, GL/accounting, and reporting.\n\nHands-on experience building data transformations and working with cloud data platforms, preferably AWS.\n\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.\n\nStrong system and data analysis skills, with the ability to understand data flows, dependencies, and business meaning is a strong advantage.\n\nOracle / Oracle FLEXCUBE experience is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience with Databricks/Spark, Bronze/Silver/Gold architectures, and BI/reporting environments is an advantage.\n\nStrong ownership, analytical thinking, functional curiosity, and the ability to move from an unclear problem to a practical, production-ready solution.\n\nFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level\n\nWhy You Will Love Working Here:\nGross salary. 4,010-6,010 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies\n\nFlexibility.
