How You Will Make an Impact:

• Support and maintain Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across the organization

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of DLP controls, including implementation, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement

• Help identify, investigate, and address potential data protection risks and policy violations

• Collaborate closely with Security Operations, Engineering, and other technology teams to ensure effective protection of sensitive information

• Review and challenge existing controls, processes, and configurations with a security-first mindset

• Participate in troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis activities

• Assist in defining and improving DLP policies, processes, and operational procedures

• Support security initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening the organization's data protection capabilities

• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, system administration, or a related technical field

• Interest in data protection, information security, and modern security technologies

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft security technologies, particularly Microsoft Purview

• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and identify potential risks

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Healthy skepticism and willingness to challenge assumptions when evaluating security controls

• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is considered an advantage

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working in a Pan-Baltic team

It Would Be an Advantage If You Also Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, or Insider Risk Management solutions

• Microsoft certifications related to Security, Compliance, or Microsoft 365

• Experience with Windows administration or endpoint management

• Exposure to Security Operations Center (SOC) environments or security monitoring activities

• Knowledge of data classification, information protection, and regulatory compliance requirements

• Experience working within the banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
