You will define interim processes while building towards the target state, align stakeholders across Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology, and drive the transition from manual processes towards harmonized and automated solutions.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\nDefine interim-state offboarding processes for LE and PI customers and shape the target-state process\n\nOwn the offboarding roadmap, backlog, and business requirements, translating business needs into clear priorities and actionable deliverables\n\nCoordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to establish effective end-to-end processes\n\nDrive process harmonization across the Baltic markets and support Lithuania migration activities\n\nEnsure regulatory, risk, and customer experience requirements are appropriately reflected in offboarding solutions\n\nLead the transition from manual processes towards efficient and automated offboarding capabilities\n\nMonitor delivery, proactively manage dependencies and obstacles, and ensure business readiness for implementation\n\nBuild alignment across different stakeholders, balancing business priorities, regulatory requirements, operational needs, and delivery considerations\n\nContribute to Luminor’s risk and compliance culture\n\nSubstitute team members when needed and perform other tasks relevant to the role assigned by the direct and/or functional manager\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\nExperience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Owner, or in a similar role\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different functions\n\nAnalytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to make timely decisions\n\nProactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership and drive topics forward\n\nStrong collaboration and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment\n\nExperience in banking, customer lifecycle management, KYC/KYB, servicing, or related areas is an advantage\n\nAbility to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive them through to execution\n\nFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level \n\nWhy This Opportunity Is Worth Considering:\nMake a bank-wide impact.
