Combining people leadership, functional oversight and hands-on expertise, the role ensures effective risk management, strong stakeholder collaboration and consistent execution of the Third-Party Management framework.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\nLead and coordinate the Third-Party Risk Management team, ensuring effective work allocation, prioritization, capacity planning, quality, and timely delivery\n\nFoster a collaborative team environment by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching, and supporting professional development, knowledge sharing, and team coverage\n\nOversee and quality-assure third-party risk activities across the lifecycle, including screening, due diligence, risk assessment, findings identification, remediation, ongoing monitoring and related decision support\n\nProvide advice, review and challenge on complex or significant third-party risk matters\n\nEnsure incomplete, unclear or inconsistent information, risk findings, control gaps, remediation actions, dependencies and escalation points are identified, assigned, tracked and progressed appropriately\n\nAct as the primary escalation point for operational and technical third-party risk matters within the team, resolving issues where possible and escalating significant concerns\n\nLead the design, implementation, execution and continuous improvement of Third Party Risk Management frameworks, processes, controls, methodologies, tools, reporting and ways of working\n\nOversee support for third-party-related business continuity, process continuity, exit strategy and resilience planning and testing where third-party services support or impact critical or important business processes\n\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and control functions, ensuring clear, action-oriented communication, recommendations and reporting to support effective decision-making\n\nEnsure conclusions, rationale, evidence, data, decisions and follow-up actions are documented and maintained to support auditability, monitoring, effective handover and regulatory or internal review\n\nContribute personally to complex assessments, priority initiatives and remediation activities\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\nAt least 5 years of experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing risk, vendor management, operational risk, compliance or a related field, preferably within financial services\n\nProven experience leading, coordinating or supervising professional teams or workstreams, including work allocation, quality assurance, coaching and performance management\n\nStrong understanding of the regulatory requirements related to third-party and outsourcing risk management\n\nHands-on experience with third-party due diligence, risk assessments, remediation, ongoing monitoring, business continuity, exit planning or resilience activities\n\nExperience developing or improving risk frameworks, processes, controls, methodologies and management reporting\n\nStrong leadership, analytical and critical-thinking skills, with sound judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and governance bodies\n\nAbility to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and competing demands in a cross-functional, cross-border environment\n\nBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Risk Management, Information Technology or a related field\n\nProfessional proficiency in MS Office and experience with relevant vendor, supplier, risk or workflow management tools\n\nFluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level\n\nWhy You Will Love Working Here:\nFlexibility.
